Alternative Behavioral Solutions seeking a licensed therapist. Seeking licensed therapist for CST team lead position. Must have a master degree in counseling and must be licensed in the state of NC
Qualifications:
- Must be a team player.
- Must understand service definition to service.
- Must conduct assessment and therapy.
- Must be able to be leader to other team members.
- Must have at least 1 years experience with mental health, substance abuse and the adult population.
- Candidates must currently be licensed as a therapist in the state of North Carolina.
- Having previous therapy, healthcare, and case management experience is a plus.
- The candidate must be available to work a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
- Must be able to manage a caseload of 40 consumers and supervise a team of mental health professionals.
- Must have experience with the adult population that has mental and substance abuse disorders.
- Masters degree.
- Reliable transportation (drivers license preferred).
- At least 1 year of therapy, healthcare, and case management experience (preferred).
